Schedule your Initial Assessment Session with me. I understand that life can sometimes be overwhelming and that seeking support is a brave first step. That's why I'd like to offer you an initial assessment session to discuss any complex issues or concerns currently weighing on you. This session is designed to help us better understand what's going on in your life and determine where you may need additional support. It's also an opportunity for us to get to know each other better. I'll learn about your expectations, and we can discuss any questions or concerns you have about getting started. This is a crucial first step towards building a therapeutic relationship, and I want to ensure we're a good fit for each other. The session will be 50 minutes long and conducted over Zoom. It may consist of one or two sessions, depending on the complexity of your situation. And don't worry; undergoing an initial assessment does not obligate you to continue working with me. By the assessment's end, you'll clearly understand what to expect from further sessions with me and feel confident in your decision. Booking is simple and can be done online, and you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details once you're set. The first step is often the most challenging, but I'm here to make it as easy as possible. Book your initial assessment session if you're ready to take that first step.
